Off the kitchen living areas, a private resort style living and dining area connect to a fire pit, hot tub and pool areas.

Large picture windows surrounded by lush gardens give a tropical feeling to the master bedroom ensuite with king bed. Downstairs off the kitchen, is a bedroom with king bed and a separate bathroom. Upstairs, guest will enjoy a large patio and peekaboo ocean views from the large bedroom with ensuite. Next to the pool is a private casita that can be used as third bedroom or dedicated office.

Located at the intersection of the southern Sonora desert and the Tropic of Cancer, this area is a unique combination of tropics and desert. With a large aquifer and humid, rainy summers, and fertile soil, this area is perfect for gardening.

Owner Julie has spent 20 years lovingly developing the grounds, planting 17 fruiting trees and vines, many flowers, and a large dessert garden featuring local native plants and cacti. The garden provides privacy and a habitat for many variety of birds and pollinators. Guests are welcome to enjoy the garden’s bounty!
